New Payment Policy

We are dismayed at how the British banking system has failed us and have watched our own bank and commission charges increase to crazy levels at a time of serious recession.  As a small business, we have therefore decided to make a stand and not pay the bank any more than we have to and pass on the savings to our customers by maintaining or in some cases reducing our rates.

If you wish to pay for your accommodation by credit card please book on line and this will be arranged. 

Once arriving at the hotel we would ask you to pay by cash or cheque for food or any other extras.  There are two high street banks within two minutes walk of the hotel offering atm services.

Rates are subject to change by the management. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the date of arrival you will be charged for the accommodation period reserved or by discretion of the management. For bookings of two rooms or more a group bookings terms and conditions is in place.

Any rooms booked and paid in advance are not subject to any refund regardless of any cancellation period unless by discretion of the management.  Full terms and conditions available on request.
